By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. If the Billing details for your order are the same as your Delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person refered to in the billing details.

Order acceptance  

Shortly after you have placed an order with us by pressing the ' Make a payment button' an email will be sent to you acknowledginh the exact details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Victoria Nettleton Landscape and Garden Design.

Order aceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Victoria Nettleton Landscape and Garden Design will take place when your order is dispatched. Except goods that are made to your specifications, we do not take payment for your goods until the order is ready for dispatch. Specially ardered goods will be charged on receipt by us of your order. 

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

The product you ordered being out of stock

Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment

The identification of a pricing or product description error

Pricing Policy

All prices shown on website are in pounds sterling. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn.  

Product Availability and Information

Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the web site at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again. Prices of products may change from time to time. All items are subject to availability. 

Delivery Information

UK Mainland Delivery: All items in stock are usually dispatched within 24 hours.  

Despatch charges

All prices are inclusive of postage and packaging within UK unless stated otherwise.

Gift Wrap and message card Service

We offer a giftwrap and message card service for online orders. 

Returns Policy

Returns must be made in the original, undamaged packaging. We recommend returning the goods by registered/ insured post or in person. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties. Refunds will be made once the items are received by us and a confirmation e-mail will be sent advising the refund amount.

We reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging isin such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.

Postage costs will not be refunded. Where items have been sent but postage has not been charged any refund will be credited, less the actual cost of delivery.

We will only refund the card from which the original payment was made.

Refunds can not be given on specificallly orderd items. It is up to the customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the product specification before ordering and to ensure access is uninhibited.

Damaged Items
